My terrible guilty secret........

I feel awful about it but I just couldn't stop myself, in fact I'd been thinking about doing it for the past five days until it all came to a head and I couldn't bear it any longer. Yesterday I ate a quarter pounder with cheese, the cow version not the veggie option, so today I hang my head in shame. I felt evil about it but I was sat in Mc Donald's, under the table so no one could see me, stuffing it down my face like a greedy pig with beef fat pouring down my chin! I have to say after not having eaten meat for so long it was disgustingly good, so good I didn't care about the fact the entire restaurant was staring at me as I was making the same moaning noises like the famous scene in "When Harry met Sally". Sales of quarter pounders probably tripled due to me shouting "OMG, yes, yes, yeeeeesssss!" whilst simultaneously stuffing burger into my mouth as fast as I could. Actually I'm disgusted at my complete and utter lack of will power, it is disgraceful, although I do hold this cold weather to blame for a lot of these meat cravings. Now I need to go off and do some meditation so I can summon my inner strength to ensure I don't cave in any more and reach for a Ginster's pasty......................

I'm glad you listened to your brain telling you what your body needed. I told you that you were getting too stringy! Now go out and buy some nice bacon and have a bacon butty!

I watched When Harry Met Sally today!!! I was sick and just watched movies all day. That scene was absolutely hilarious. :)

Remember cravings are often the body trying to tell you that you're missing something in your diet (unless it's sugar which is addicting - that's my problem). I've been craving bananas lately which probably means I need potassium. And I crave salt a lot when I've been working hard and sweating. :) Don't beat yourself up over it. No human is perfect!
